loved it! though it seems like the recipe steps do not include the peas mentioned in the ingredients list

Very tasty, like a paella with couscous instead of rice! I was a bit wary of what the previous reviewer said so I added a tsp of chipotle paste to the chicken marinade and also to the couscous stock. Full of flavour! Loved the addition of the drained roasted red peppers! Have enough left over for one small lunch and can't wait to have it!

Hey Emma, we're sorry this one did hit the spot for you. If you do want to give it another shot you could try upping the smoked paprika if you want the chicken to be more punchy.

Felt the chicken was a bit bland. Rest of it was okay, but probably wouldn't make again.
Edit - okay so it was actually better the next day.. 👍🏻 and yes will give the chicken a go with more paprika next time, and maybe a few other seasonings.
