Delicious recipe! I was just wondering if the quantity of noodles is correct? I made 500g and this still seemed a little much.

Delicious recipe! I agree with this comment though, 600g seemed like a lot to me I couldn't fit it in 4 lunchboxes, and it made the sauce a little thinly spread over the noodles. I would probably go for 300g of noodles next time to make it fit in 4 boxes and be super saucy:)
